Nueva Manteca presents: December 8: ‘Chicano Rock’ in Grounds, Rotterdam

The latest project of Nueva Manteca ‘Chicano Rock’ is an ode to the Latin Rock of the seventies. One of the central sources in this project is Carlos Santana. In his spirit the group combined Rock music with breathtaking guitars, tight horns, overloaded with hammond soul.

The group will appear in several concerts together with the Israelian choir ‘The vocal octet’. They will be presenting the program ‘Requiem’ in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Herzliya. The kick off of the tour will take place this coming Monday, November 7 in Jerusalem.

They also went to Equador, St. Maarten and Curacao. They found it a great experience, tiresome, but definitely worth it.
